Date Sengoku Warlord is the same game as Sengoku Warlord, but with the theme of Date Masamune, a noted Daimyo from the Yonezawa area of Japan, nicknamed the "One-Eyed Dragon" due to his right eye being cut out due to a childhood disease.
Date conquered all of Mutsu, and was a rival to Hideyoshi, but he humbled himself and pledged himself to the Taiko in 1590. He later went on to serve the Tokugawa and fought against his former master during the Sekigahara campaign in 1600 and again at Osaka in 1614-15. He died in 1636.
The game has all the same components as the Sengoku Warlord Game but has different artwork.
